No stranger to hard work, Logan grew up on a cattle farm in Shelby, NC. Beginning her restaurant career at a country club in Greenville, NC, Logan has been working in restaurants since her freshman year of college. She graduated from ECU with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management after simultaneously taking a full course load, working 40 hours a week to put herself through school, and playing on the university’s Tennis team. Logan is a strong believer in promoting from within based on hard work and merit, indeed her own career at bu•ku started in 2012 when she was brought on as a server. She started managing on the same day that Amelia, Tony’s daughter was born. Now the Hiring Manager, Logan is constantly looking for new talent to add to our ever expanding team.
