The truth is, Àn was one of our favorite restaurants in the world too. We are honored and humbled to take over the beautiful space that remains and will focus all of our energies in the new year to do justice to the memories and stories that were and will be created there.
What excites us, is transforming an amazing sushi bar into a room that celebrates raw from all over the world: ceviche, poke, tiradito, etc. And then applying that process to each element of the menu, building, and continually-evolving concept.
Our small plates will continue to celebrate the world’s great street foods and our entrées will always contain adventurous global street elements. Our craft cocktails, beers, and wine list will continue to represent the best the world has to offer. And we are very excited to bring Brittany Grantham back to her old stomping grounds to reimagine the bu•ku pastries and desserts in her former workspace.
AND we are opening a new restaurant concept in downtown Raleigh in Spring, 2019. Many more details to follow...
